We are well aware of the dynamism in the maritime industry. As Yoroz Maritime Shipping Agency, our goal is to conclude vessel operations in the fastest and safest manner, in full compliance with local regional procedures. With our strategic location in the Turkish Straits (Bosphorus and Dardanelles) and our expertise in the Tuzla-Yalova shipyards, we are by your side whenever your vessel needs us.
Strait Agency Services
Transits through the Bosphorus and Dardanelles require meticulous planning and full compliance with legal regulations. At Yoroz Maritime, we begin planning your transit process 24 hours in advance.
SP1 and Document Management: Controlling and submitting the Sailing Plan (SP1), Annex forms, and all necessary certificates (P&I, Bunker 2001, etc.) to the VTS (Vessel Traffic Service) units via the system.
Health Notification and Clearances: Filing the Maritime Declaration of Health at least 24 hours prior to the vessel’s ETA and tracking transit clearances.
Supply and Contact Services: Coordinating provisions, bunker, and lube oil supplies, as well as crew change operations via our agency boats at Zeyport (A/B/C/D zones) and Kartal anchorage areas.
Official Permits: Obtaining all necessary crew embarkation/disembarkation and contact permits from the Marine Police, Customs, and Health authorities without any deficiencies.
Shipyard Agency Services
In the Tuzla and Yalova shipyard regions, we offer comprehensive agency services for your vessel’s repair-maintenance or Class survey certificate renewal processes.
Pre-Arrival Preparation: Even before your vessel arrives at the port, we prepare all arrival documents, crew lists, and technical certificates (Registry, Load Line, Safety Certs, etc.) and submit notifications through the “Port Single Window” (Liman Tek Pencere) system.
Entry and Berthing Operations: Obtaining the Main Permit (Ana Ordino) and Berthing Permit (Yanaşma Ordinosu) from the Port Authority, completing Free Pratique procedures with Health authorities, and coordinating pilotage/tugboat services.
Liaison with Official Authorities: Tracking vessel stores (fuel, lube oil, provisions) and crew procedures with wet-signed documents before Health, Police, and Customs units.
Crew Procedures: Professional management of Shore Pass (shore leave) processes and face-control procedures for foreign crew members.
Departure and Port Clearance (LÇB) Procedures: Completing the operation by obtaining the Port Clearance Certificate (LÇB) and Bill of Health (Patenta) so the vessel can return to its voyage with updated certificates following the maintenance period.
